In the movie 'Zoolander', it was someone who gave the eugoogly at a funeral. (so I guess it'd be spelled 'eugooglizer')

Before that, it meant someone indulging their ego by checking to see whether or not typing in their own name would produce results on the Google search engine, in which case, you spelled it right.

Eugooglizer's a mispronunciation of "eulogiser" from the movie Zoolander. A eulogiser's somone who gives a speech praising someone else, eg at a funeral.
