Sometimes even the best of us need help and don't know where to turn especially if money is a problem, Psychologists are so expensive.

most cities have a local mental health agency, where you can get low cost or free consultations,,,, while you will have to see a psychiatrist to get enrolled, you can request a psychologist for therapy,,,,,,, just make sure you refuse any drugs, as their psychiatrist can be pill happy or atleast use to be

There are plenty of counseling sites... but you expect to get steered in the right direction??

Note: Most people who go into the psych field do so because THEY have problems they are trying to understand. It's sort of like going to a bunch of alcoholics to find out how not to drink.
