I wear thick black ones with blue and purple arms for astigmatism and myopia (short-sightedness).

Think some coloured contacts would be cool, but I'd like to improve my eyesight without having to rely on gogs or contacts all the time.

Yes. I actually don't mind them because I see better with them. The only time they are a pain is in bad weather when they get rain, or snow on them.
