I think yes. Because they have a conscience that makes them feel guilty, or that something's not right with what they did. Or their actions will have negative consequences so for them it will be bad. For example, when the baby grows up he throws a stone to an animal, and he sees the animal's forehead bleeds...so he feels bad about himself, he pities the animal and feels remorseful. But is that possible, that no one tells the baby what is right or wrong? people tend to impose their own beliefs of what is right and wrong on others especially on their children. If they dont the child will pay for it, or the parents themselves. For example, they dont tell the child to NOT touch the oven, so the child will burn himself....or when they dont tell the child it is good to say thank you...the child will grow up ungrateful, and many people will hate him for it, as a result the parents will not be very happy about that.

If you define good and bad from our point of view then, probably not. We define good and bad from the conditioning of our society. what is good for one culture may not be necessarily be good for another. without this stimulus, a baby will probably grow up as savage (as we define the word to be ). But in the point of view of the baby, he is the normal one. It's a paradigm thing...

Unless this newborn is isolated, the baby will learn from the people around and imitate their behavior. The child can't help but learn some idea of good and bad!

No, nature would take over and they would be judged accordingly or not judged since they didn't know good from bad but once u know the difference between good and bad then u and u alone have sinned against God no one else.

That depends. There are some thing that they will know by instinct. Then there are things that are sort of made up by society, that they'll need to learn.
