Back in middle school im in high school now I was at band and I accidentaly broke my guitar and it was borrowed from school and the teacher Ms.Violeta kept calling about the money and I told my parents that I didnt do it and they believed me and kept saying no.Its been three years and she hasnt called for years and I was wondering if I should still stress?would she sue us?I am so stressed up until now and I have so many problems and anxiety.

If it's been three years & no phone calls, I think you are safe to stop worrying.

sounds like your conscience is bothering you- open up some good karma and dispel the bad, confess to what you did, and make amends however the teacher wants you to, be it purchasing a replacement guitar or what ever.
Also you lied to your parents, you need to tell the truth to them too.
This will clean your conscience and you WILL feel so much better, as "the truth will set you free".

if she hasnt called then dont worry about it. it would be a stupid thing for her to sue u for especially after three years. however, if u still feel guilty about it, try getting a little job and paying her back for it. im sure she would apprecciate it.

if she has stopped calling and if that was years ago you have nothing to worry about because now its your word over the teachers so nothing will happen.
