I think that the RAZR has bluetooth. If your computer has bluetooth capabilities, you can connect to your computer that way, otherwise you need to check and see if your phone has a USB cable, so that you can physically attach your phone to your computer.

Best of luck to you. I have a Mac and we have iSync for synchronizing your computer with other devices. Is there something like that on the Windows PC?
