I don't know if it's flipflops or tennis shoes.. or something else.. suggestions?

Sweatpants look great with trendy sneakers like Pumas or colorful Nikes. Definitely stick with sneaker-like shoes.

Depends on the season. Since it's winter, don't wear flip-flops. Tennis shoes is my suggestion, flats wouldn't look good and high heels, no way! Clogs would look weird and I think that covers it all! So tennis shoes, wear tennis shoes.

just consider about where you will go and how long it's gonna be
i personally more like a stylish flip flop...let your toes feels some winds lol ^ ^
no...it more comfortable but tennis shoes will be good also, just match with your mood ^ ^

i just saw this on the Early show: a girl had your same question. they suggested (depending on if you're going more dressy or casual) wearing cute ballet type flats and dressing it up just a LITTLE bit. i think they put this girl in a burgundy velour track suit with a cute t-shirt and minimal necklace, earrings, and she looked really cute. however, the track suit was made of velour and not true sweat pant material.

Definitely sneakers.. the kind depend on where you are going.... if like for casual wear like chucks which are always in or maybe keds classic champions like Mischa does. if it for athletics try Nikes, Avia or New Balance.
