Go to myspace.com and click on "TV on Demand" and it will take you to downloads for several Fox shows.

If you go cbs.com, fox.com etc.. you can watch episodes of TV shows that have already aired.

i have asked that question so many times with no answers, but maybe try google-video, i dunno if that will show full TV shows (i doubt that it will) but its worth a shot
