I am now in a long distance relationship, my commonlaw hubby of 7 years accepted work in Asia. He has been gone now for 19 months. The agreement was that he would go for 2 years and then come home. We keep in touch by IM's, web cams and telephone, but in the last 4 months he hasn't been keeping as in touch. He still tells me he loves me and that he is coming come but there is no date set. I love him still very much but I am getting tired of being in limbo. What should I do?

Get on a plane and go be with him. SURPRISE him. You can't find out what's going on from so far away.

I like Rama's advice...also, there's only 5 months left, you've made it through the worst of it. There's bound to be some awkwardness and re-adjusting when he returns.
