Love to browse the news online. But after i'm maybe a couple paragraphs in,(10-15secs) the text of whatever I was reading shifts up several "frames". So far up sometimes i have to scroll to relocate where I was.
Is there some option i have to stop this? IE7, xp
p.s. I know, wait 30 secs, then, no problem. But I hate waiting. Will run a redlight if no traffic and no cops, otherwise, teeth gnashing.

Looks like you are playing to much with your mouse scroll roller. May be you are scrolling to much in first place however scrolling with delay and you feel that scrolling is happening without anything.
Solution:
Cost effective: BE Patient
Ideal: Purchase higher config machine
It is similar - jump red light and get pleasure but pay fine later for that pleasure. Nothing come free in this capitalist world my friend.
