I only have Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle and of course Picachu. What kind of budget and training regimen do I need to catch 'em all?

A time booth, to go back in tiem ten years when it was popular.
But I guess in truth, this is a great time to start playing, sicne you could all the classic pokemon cards on EBay for a nickel.
People want to get rid of theirs, they are just takign up soace and gathering dust, if you are really interested, it will be incredibly easier now than it was when it was extremely popular.

i suggest getting the games those things are really popular now. The cards are kind of out dated.
