I did some thing such as that myself, and loved it plenty. the advice to make acquaintances with the bus motive force is a fine looking, as is 'wait with him on the bus end.' you need to do a lot of practice runs with him, yet there should not be any difficulty. (once you're extremely fearful, although, have a chum he's not attentive to get on at a end beforehand him at the same time as he's first on my own, and be conscious.) Assuming the bus isn't actual a kind of 'scum shovels' that starts at Ghetto A and leads to Blighted business section X, or incorporates an finished load of extremely rowdy severe college scholars, and there are not any important streets to bypass, there is not a lot to be stricken about. nonetheless, do not they make what are extra or a lot less cell phones for children now, with very few buttons for emergency calls to the mother and father and similar? couldn't damage. the major may not be a lot the city because the bus course itself. I word some comments right here alongside the lines of 'my city is too risky,' and the different. when I did it, for some months in grade 3 (new residing house...), the bus I took replaced right into a quiet one -- no severe college little ones; usually basically commuters.

The go phone is a pay as you go/pick your plan cell phone marketed by Cingular for people who dont want contracts, surprise hidden charges, want to keep the bills the same each month or who have credit issues. It's not marketed specifically for kids although a prepaid plan would be a good option for a child. I would get the firefly phone and put it on a prepaid plan though cingular. It's available through the cingular website.

I am against kids having cell phone, especially preteens, however there are 2 or 3 that only allow your child to call or receive a few numbers (parent contact #) and you can also track them on line, I do think these are a good option to keep your children safe in this day and age. (sad, but true)

No, I don't think so but now and days there are mobiles such as firefly which has fixed numbers the child can dial and you can control. It is especially designed for kids and gives limited use.

No.
Firefly is for children.
A prepaid phone, or one with a plan, should be for kids around 14//15.
