You can buy or make a trap for them. Put in some bait and wait for them to sneak in. Be forewarned that they can sneak out of the traps if you give them too much time, so check frequently.

You can buy traps for them, or just make one yourself.

Take a well cleaned yogurt container with a few small holes in the top and place some fish food in it, along with a small rock. place it upright in the tank with the lid on and leave it over night. Take it out in the morning and replace it in the evening.

Bristle worms are very effective scavengers and should not be eradicated completely.

Is there really such a thing as a live rock. and if there is i woudt know how to get rid of that ask a vet maybe.
