You might have a slight chance of determining the gender of a baby through what you eat. A diet high in calcium and magnesium which includes milk, beans, cereals, cheese and nuts will increase the probability of you concieving a baby girl. A diet high in potassium and sodium which includes vegetables, bananas, fish and meat will increase the probability of you concieving a baby boy. I would like to point out that the consensus among scientists is that dietary influence has a limited effect though.
If the baby is already there then there's nothing you can do.

You can't. They will have to decide whether or not they want a sex change for themselves. Also, you cannot go to the doctor and ask for this. It's impossible. Also, why would you want to change your baby's gender?
What you are asking is just wrong. It is your child, for god-fu
If you were to ask how you can change your baby's behavior, that would have been different, but gender? Get some help, a psychiatrist or something.

Why would you want to change your baby's gender? Let him/her develop into a person and when he/she is old enough to decide for him-/her-self. The change you make may be fatal for him/her when he/she grows up. Be careful!

That is sooooo messed up!!! You should love your baby no matter what sex it is. Stop having kids if your thinking stuff like that. Hopefully, you just stated the question wrong.

There are tons of home remedies for affecting the sex of a fetus... however, these are wise-tales and have no basis in truth.
Once conceived, you cannot alter the sex of the fetus.
I'm sorry if you have your heart set on having a specific sex.
