are our hearts and soul blind...according to a survey 6 lak people have died in iraq in past 3 years(even if i say this is an exagerated comment and say 2 lak people died then isnt that more than enough to open up peoples eyes through out the world...all hell has broken lose, everyday about dozen people die in iraq, now lets not say that invasion was the right thing or not because what we should be worried about should be what can be done to stabilize iraq and when allied forces should leave iraq(because we all know that before their presence sadam may well be present but the situation was not even 1% as bad as today)...what ever you think please give your reasons aswell...for serious discussion only

Honestly, even we Americans are pretty fed up with the mess our government has made in the middle east, just in general.

I mean, after 9/11, we went through mourning, anger, and finally most folks learned to accept our loss. But by then, anger had already taken decisive action by invading the homes of old enemies.

We in America pride ourselves on having a stable, free society. But we are stabilized by giving up certain freedoms. We get jobs, so we have to allocate a portion of our days to doing a specific kind of work. We buy houses, so we can do what we want with them... which adds further responsibilities. We have families, so we can pass on the best parts of ourselves to our young.

And we are also stabilized because our jobs, our homes, and our families can be taken from us more easily than we would ever like to think about. We are a nation with many murders, and a very fearful culture. It should come as no surprise that when we go into another country, we shoot every shadow.

I'd love to tell you something that could help, but honestly, we just vote for our leaders. And really, only about 50% of us even bother with that, so disillusioned and ambivalent we are. Then they go on and do whatever they want, and try to spin it in the best popular way. Our leaders do what makes them look good, as opposed to what's really right. If only a few historical changes were made, the United States of America would make the most horrendous war zones of the middle east look like a child's playground by comparison.

If it were going to boil down to just one factor above all others, we're probably still in Iraq because of some kind of insecurity. Sorry I haven't got any solutions... but I'll vote for the more peaceful candidate when next I get the chance.

Revenge. To make the Taliban and Afghans pay for 9/11. that's all there is to say. money from guns is likewise a reliable chance. $30 billion a three hundred and sixty 5 days spent on one conflict. imagine the dimensions of that market. a rustic can preserve itself from terrorists with its personal inner safe practices platforms. What befell to Obama's peace prize besides?

No, forces need to stay until the job is done. We leave and terrorists will get stronger. We crush them and they will lose.
