If you masturbate too much, you can irritate the inside-in the middle- where the pee comes out. That's called the urethra. It needs time to calm down & regain it's composure.
Give it a day or two to rest.
And, you may want to consider using some lubrication, like baby oil.

If you had an infection, you would be oozing.
