That would be stealing. If you need a free operating system, try something that's actually free, such as Ubuntu Linux ( http://www.ubuntu.com ).

You can download the 360 days trial version of Windows XP here:

But,certainly there's no full version of Windows XP that can be downloaded for free. But there's many way to have it free ILLEGALLY.
