This is a song from the 60s/70s. Part of the lyrics are, "Slow down, you move to fast." "I'm feeling Groovy". Does this ring a bell to anyone?

Think I thought of more, it's, "Slow down, you move to fast, I wanna make this moment last."

It's "59th Street Bridge Song [Feelin groovy]" by Simon and Garfunkel. It's from 1966 and is originally on their album Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. The hit version came the next year when it was covered by Harpers Bizarre.
It's also on Simon and Garfunkel's Greatest Hits a huge selling album in it's day. That's cheap on Amazon. Go. Now. Buy. It's fantastic.
