No, everyone knew he was renegade when he left. But a chance to see her lost loved ones, we may never know. Having the chance to see them to heal a bad guy is a very tempting offer. Many people would probably have to think. She is a gambler.

He didnt kill Tsunade's brother, her brother died in the war. I think you got the wrong meaning. If Orochimaru killed her brother, do you think he can get away with it and he still standing there handling Tsunade her necklace back? her brother was killed in the war, it has nothing to do with Orochimaru. Orochimaru was there to console her and giving back her necklace.
