I have a sheet from 2005, but I don't know if they are $0.39. I also don't remember when they changed from $0.32 to $0.39.

The last price increase jumped the price of a first class stamp from .37 to .39 per stamp. Many people were left with .37 stamps and bought sheets of .02 stamps to make up the difference. Many of those did not have the value on them. In the end, you can take them to the post office and they will tell you what they are worth. You can also visit the post office website at:

You should be able to easily find the value of the stamps on their website.

Good luck with your search for information.
