I had protected sex (condom) on the 28th of Nov. the day after my period and everything worked to my knowledge. I realize I made a mistake with that and now I am worked up I took a pregnancy test 18 days after the act and don't start til 21st and it said negative. I hear the first sign of pregnancy is sore breast so I keep trying to feel to see if they are sore and they sometimes are and sometimes not (I think I am paranoid, I hope that is it anyway) and I was wondering what people thought with the information I gave is. The negative (I know it's early) the protection, the time....I know people will say stop freaking out but plz help. Thank you so much

There is nothing for your to worry about until your tested positive. Being anxious can caused unncessary stress. Stress can be one of the factor for delayed menstration. Sore breast does not happen at such early stage in pregnancy. Learn to relax. Do be informed that sex is 'safe' anytime within 7-10 days from your last menstration cycle, thus if you've had sexual intercourse between these days, I am confident you're alright. However, the next time, do be careful if you don't want unwanted pregnancies. Precautionary measures such as condoms may not be 100% save, have you ever consider pill? Take care.

Sore breasts also occur with menstruation, sometimes as early as 2 weeks. I would not worry about it. If you took a test and it says negative, then mostly likely you are not pregnant. When you become pregnant, a chemical is released, and that is what the pregnancy test looks for. If the chemical is not there, you are not pregnant, barring a genetic defect.

Your breasts could be sore because you're getting your period. Take another test in a few days, if it still says neg., and you feel unsure, see your GYN. You should be seeing one anyway if you are sexually active.

THE ONLY WAY TO RELLY KNOW IS TO GO TO A CLINIC AND TAKE BETTER TEST THEY WILL DO FOR FREE SOMETIMES BUT IF BREAST ARE SORE DONT REALLY MEAN PREGNANT IT COULD MEAN YOUR GETTING PERIOD BUT IF YOU ARE STESSED SOMETIMES YOUR PERIOD WILL BE LATE TO AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO THINK YOUR PREGNANT YOUR BODY MAY THINK IT IS AND REACT AS IF IT WERE SO JUST RELAX AND LET YOUR BODY TELL YOU WHAT IS UP AND GOOD LUCK TO YA

I wouldn't worry about it at all... stressing yourself out may end up delaying the onset of your menstration.
