he is not being given any preferential treatment as u hv mentioned....he is not a terrorist as the court found out but jst guilty of keeping a gun...for which he will get the punishment as any other ordinary citizen wld get....so there is no question of any preferential treatment....

v cant help it,as court failed 2 prove tat hez involved in dat thing so its okeyy,as its a matter of judiciary wre hez found an innocent citizen
