everyone talks about how athletic he is but when comes out he gets no reaction. don't you think that is why he has not gotten a title push like the wwe championship.

well...to be honest with u.....i think shelton benjamin should get a chance for a title shot at WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship cause all he get is WWE Tag Team Championship and the IC Championship. He needs to get something new like he have never hold before and that is excatly those 2 golds...the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship. I know he is very athletic but still...should have got a chance at the title shot tho...

Shelton Benjamin is really athletic as well as teammate Charlie Haas and Shelton is now going for the tag team titles and if he was in singles he would go for the Intercontinental Title.

no , wwe needs to put shelton in matches that show his skills and promote the man , just like they promoted cena only then will he get cheers or boos

He's a heel, first of all. He just doesn't have the right gimmick to take him further than where he is. They need to drop his whole, "Because I'm black" thing, because it just furthers the stereotype that wrestling is prejudice against black people. Which is why I also think the Cryme Time gimmick to so stupid.

He is somewhat too small to be WWE champion, yes they gave it to Rey but he has more experience, so maybe in 5-8 years.

ok there are alot of answers and reasons for this. 1 he's a heel 2 he usually gets his a** kicked and 3 he a much better tag teamer then singles competition
