Because I Just bought a Mexican Stratocaster and I was wondereng if it was a good beginers Stratocaster

The main difference that I can see is the basic materials and a little of the construction - at least that was the case a few years ago. The level of quality is the same.

I have a MIM Telecaster and it plays great. Fender uses the "American Made" as a marketing tool to get premium $.

the mexican version are mass produced were as the americans were more of a hand crafted item also the wood used is of a less resonant type and the electronics as one answer mentions

In theory, the electronic components in an American made version are better (of higher quality).
