I making a web site with publisher 2003 and I want to create and effect when you move your mouse pointer over a link or picture a caption pops up with directions or whatever I want to put in it.

I see this on some sites where you go to check out and the button says "check out" but when you hover your pointer over it a caption pops up and says "ready to buy".

That is basically what I am trying to do. I am using publisher because I think it is simple, but I do have frontpage 2003 as well but trying to avoid using it if possible.

Thanks folks!

The 'why' is that he did it to make money. ignore each and everything else you have heard approximately Walt loving the kiddies etc. He substitute right into a businessman, undeniable and easy. As for a manner, there have been a pair different previously-generic characters called Bosco and Oscar and Mickey visually resembled them. (He could no longer smash out with that in the present day, they had sue the pants off him first. in spite of the undeniable fact that it substitute into user-friendly lower back in those days.) look at the Toonopedia entries for Mickey, Oscar and Bosco. 7 FEB 08, 1906 hrs, GMT.
