Well, it all started seven thousand years ago when Santa's mom was in labor, for the thirtieth time. By now, Santa was thirty years old and he was sick of his mom being such a whore (she never got married). Anyway, he and a couple of his old buddies from college drove over to her house to throw flash gernades at her and call her a hoe. So, while they were doing this, it turned out that he accidently killed her and her boyfriend and was extremely excited. He wasn't put on trial, he just dumped the bodies in Jesus' dorm room. So yeah, now, since he is Santa and he'd rather kill himself than deliver presents, he says it all the time just to remind himself of the joyous time when he killed his hoe of a mother.

Everyone has a theme that can match his personality. Like anyone always says " I will kick his butt" evertime he overcomes a game battle. The people always have to say something to start it.

He isn't getting it from Mrs. Claus there for he is looking for a date. I tried to tell him last year he should stop while he is Tampa Fl. on Nebraska Ave. but obviously he didn't listen because he still yells it every year.
