If you can apply pressure similar to that existing in a neutron star, yes, you could.
How you are going to produce that much pressure however, that may be a real challenge.

Sure. If a star is large enough, when it runs out of fuel, all that is left is gravity, and the star shrinks. As the star gets smaller, the gravitational force gets higher. Eventually it is high enough that protons and electrons combine to produce nothing but neutrons. The result is that roughly 100,000,000,000,000 pennies would fit inside the space previously occupied by a penny.

Ni. Better than that, you could fit $1 million into the volume of a penny. But it would cost more that $1 million to do it. Think about it. A neutron penny.

If the EARTH were compressed into the size of a DIME, it would become a BLACK HOLE. There are forces in our universe that could do this!

To answer your question. YES, with enough force you could pack 1,000,000 pennies worth of copper into the volume of 1 penny, we do not have the technology to do this.

Yes, totally. More than that even.

Generating that sort of power and releasing it in a controled way that would cause that might be a bit problematic.

I think it's sweeden where they're tying to create man-made miniture black holes with a super-colider, though.

Interesting stuff.

Take them to the surface of a neutron star and they will virtually disappear!
One teaspoon of matter from a neutron star would weigh as much as mount Everest!
