I live in texas and i dont know how to find out if i need a liceness just to specialize in that certain field of investigations. Im looking to start my own business helping people find out if there spose is cheating on them but not sure how to get started.

In Texas, you're likely to be shot if you're on someone's property after dark... and it's always dark somewhere. That's not a Texas joke, that is a Texas boast.
If I were you, and doing this very unpopular job (what, no cars to repossess?) I'd have every credential possible. I mean, you're gonna be taking pictures with telephoto lenses thru windows, right? Rummaging thru trash? Pretending to be someone you're not?

Sure u can hav 1..plus the service sometimes more info bout somebody u investigating about....i mean the report is far more detail than u know...but..u must be carefull....licenesss???...be carefull
