does anybody know how to like fade a picture into another picture....or combine it...basically juist somehow put another picture into the background...also the program or website has to be free.

There are a few out there. Personally I used Paint shop pro. 8. It is very easy to use with its video training aid which as a matter of fact has a video training on "blending photos".
You can download a free 30 day trial, go to download.com. I think they will send you to down load paint shop pro. photo which is version 11.

You can format in MSWord- no wrapping, and set image to transparent. Then you can put your second picture- also with no wrap on top of that.
No need to buy Photoshop

yes u need to create layers or use cut copy and paste into the pict u need photo shop as i have done it with my photoshop cs2
