That's how it seems to me. Anyone know what I mean? I don't screw around or drink excessively, definately don't touch drugs, will save stray animals, am honest and will do anything I can to help anyone - most people treat me as if I'm a complete freak and that because I don't 'misbehave' I can't be really living life to the full! Anyone else out there the same? (I apologize I am useless at phrasing questions!)

Because everybody still hasn't found what their looking for. You seem content and very level headed. If that makes you a "freak"
then take it as a compliment, the world would be a much nicer place with more "freaks" like you walking about.

I know what you mean. People mistake kindness for weakness. If you help someone out they think it's stupid. Or if there are people concerned about the environment or animals and nature they think it is stupid.
I felt the same sometimes untill I went to college and met a lot of smart students and professors who were on my side and they opened up my eyes to so many things that I never knew.
I understand now why my parents made me and still are making me go to school.

I learned long ago that a good person can get walked all over and taken advantage of. I've become more hardened in life. I too grew up being 'square', different. The more you see of life, the more hardened you become, but you can still be a good person. I wouldn't worry about it. You'll be fine.

In my world, good people rule. I don't know where you are at but perhaps you need to limit time with those you generally spend time with.
I have friends that are super good people and I do not associate with those who don't live up to it. FREAKS ? heck no, never been called one... happy, living life and loving every minute of

Its because they haven't found themselves in life...you are way ahead of them and I commend you for it :-) besides they might be freaks for doing all that other stuff.
