The website has another picture of him in a traditional Spanish pose so I'm going to say it's an Andalusian, though Andi's do look very similar to Lipizzaners. Other than that the page says that he's a 12-year-old from Germany.
And as I looked back at it the description also says the stud farm name, which I looked up on Google and was mentioned on the International Andalusian and Lusitano Association website, so I'm pretty confident with the answer of "Andalusian".

Given the shape of the head and neck, I'm leaning towards Andalusian or Lipizzaner. Could possibly be one of the other warmblood breeds.

I would have to say Lipizzaner or Andalusian.
Can you get a picture of its whole body? Or at least a better picture of its head and eyes. Then maybe I could be a little more accurate.

Without seeing the rest of the body, just the head, I'd say Lipizzaner or Andalusian...

Either an Andalusian or a Lippizaner, I'm leaning more towards Andalusian.

looks like one of the famous Lipizzaner horses(know as the lipizzan stallions) that stayed at our barn a couple years ago. but it could be Andalusian

Definitely a Lipizzaner, but a cross is possible to another stock type horse.
