I was simply wanting to know if Oprah helps white people too.

Oprah helps whomever gets her the most publicity at the time.

Well, I think her infamous "Favorite Things" episodes is proof that she does. One time the entire audience was full of teachers (and some were white!!) and she gave thousands of dollars in gifts away to them...not because of their skin color, but because they were good people who deserved it.
She does provide lots of aide to minorities, because, yeah, in general, they often have more obstacles to overcome in their lives than white people (that's a grand generalization, I do realize, but when you look at the big pictures, it's pretty much the truth).
