My period is 2 weeks late, I have had my tubes tied, three pregnancy test came back negative. My period is always on schedule. What should I do?

can pain meds cause ur period to be late?

I am 32 yro, have 3 children. 11 yro, 3 yro and one who passed away when he was 2 months old

It could definitly be the meds when i was put on Vicodin for my back it made me skip every other period and also quit worrying your body can sense this and as long as it sees stress it wont operate normal G/L

Usually stress or even being ill like a cold or something can cause a delayed period so I wouldn't worry too much especially if the test was negative? I would say just in case take another test but other than that your cycle seems ok if the last time this happened was in April and this was with reason. Don't worry! ^_^ x

it depends WHEN u got ur tubes tied and a change of diet or stress could also be a cause. as someone else mentioned it could also be premenopause depending on ur age. dont worry about it too much. see ur doctor.

Yes pain meds and stress can cause it. Go see your doc about it

stress is a main factor in late periods, so are meds. it is december and it is close to holidays.

You don't say how old you are. If you are over 40, it could be perimenopause.
