Hi, I'm not sure where you are living but maybe if you're unable to find one to buy, why not get it made. I'm sure there will be a seamstress/tailor within you vicinity if you look in the yellow pages or maybe advertise. I had a dress made by a local seamstress a couple of months ago (I'm a size 16 too) and not only was it the most flattering fit ever, but also designed exactly to my own specification and cost me the price of the material and £25 for the (workwomanship). A bargain of ever there was one.

Try Coast. They do good eveningwear and have a lot of dresses at the moment
