No, I mean her tooth. The tooth is completely broken through the gums and it has a discoloration(white spot) on the surface

Umm...a calcium deposit is the only thing that springs to mind. Children and adults get them, and not much can be done about it. She'll be fine. If it is something more serious they'll inform you of that at her next well child visit, but I wouldn't rush her down to the doctor because of it. Like I said, I think it's just a calcium deposit, and it's not going to hurt anything.

I'm assuming you mean her gum has a white spot on it?
That's her tooth starting to break through the surface.

does she have her bottle when she goes to bed? can affect teething and the health of the teeth. Also, could be from her bumping it on something! My son bruised his gums once, and the tooth had a spot on it always after that.

Most likely whitening caused by calcium. I am sure it is nothing to worry about but you can ask her pediatrician at her next visit.
