Im female 40 yrs old I had my last ovary surgically removed due to hlth prob I still bleed regular,why?

because its your uterus that causes the bleeding not the ovaries. You uterus is probably still preparing for an egg.. that will never come. Thats why people who are infertile still have periods.

Because your menstrual cycle is the shedding of your uterine lining. The ovaries don't bleed, it does.
