Do you think that painted on or tattooed eyebrows look good or ugly?

i guarantee that 100% of the women and men bashing people with tattooed eyebrows knows a lot of people who have them done and dont know it!!!!!

it all depends on how it is done....i myself have my eyebrows tattooed on and i LOVE them.....i am 1/2 italian and 1/2 filipina and have VERY fine eyebrows (from a distance you cant even tell i have any) i got mine done almost 2 years ago, i did them with the hair still on there and shaped to the natural shape of my brow.....no one can EVER tell that i have had the done and ask me all the time where i get them waxed because they are a perfect shape!!!!

the one thing i do think is a bit on the ridiculous side is the girls that use a color way too dark to draw their brows on...they dont get a proper shape, or make they way too long, that is what you can call "ugly" or "hideous"

but please dont jump to conclusions and think that everyone that has permanent make up has over exaggerated brows!!!

Oh goodness no! They do look a little scary if you ask me. My friend & I once saw a lady at Walmart with heavily painted on brows & she looked so angry but she really wasn't, it's just how her brows made her look. I would use a brow pencil but with an easy touch. Look for Anastasia of Beverly Hills on the web, she has trained eyebrow shaping experts in a majority of Nordstrom stores. Anastasia is know for doing the brows of J-Lo & countless other female celebs. They do an excellent job!

Go buy a lip brush and a grey eyeliner. Grey is the best and most natural color for brows for any hair color. It wont make your brows look grey. Remember grey is just a very soft black. Brown makes brows looks clownish. Brush the lip brush against the liner and color the tip with color. And just gently brush in an arch. Carefully. Gently fill in any gaps. Trim your brow hairs down with small scissors to lighten the whole area and create better pallete for creation. I use a little comb to (a mustache trimm kit has the besy size scissors and comb in one). Trim them down DONT TWEEZE ANYMORE!!! Trust me with the grey. Not eyeshadow. USE EYELINER with a soft brush that has a taper to it. aka lip or small concealer brush. I have olive skin and dark brown hair. But when I had blonde hair I used grey then too. And I was the "brow queen" in Beauty school.

I know some great people who have tattooed or painted eyebrows so I'm not against the people who have them, but they're hideous.

it depends on how the person looks...my eyebrows dont grow, so i pretty much have no choice but to draw them on...but i use a pencile that matches my hair color, nd it looks ok...i get a lot of comments on them...but then again, it can be absolutely hedeuos on some people if done the wrong way

Oh please! Stay away from tattooed cosmetics! There's no going back. The look you're happy with today may not be good for you in 10 yrs. Plus, consider that your skin will change over the years and may sag and droop in new places. That will affect the way your tattoo will look for sure.

Because they are in the sun all of the time, they change color pretty quickly. They can be okay when you first get them, but will turn blue over time. It hurts a lot and I can't imagine that touching them up every year or so would be very pleasant.

weird. not the question but the "look"...if you are going to visit the aboriginal people in south America or some backward villages in Africa..i would say...you have a point and go ahead...do the tam-tam dance and the painting and the tattoe -- plus some more for color and effect. that goes if you also do a movie...it is kind of original. at the end you will do it the way frank Sinatra sang " I will do it my way!" hope it helps in your search for truth.
