no he is the comedic character of an englishman named sasha boren cohen. sasha also plays a character named ali g. did you know that the character of borat offended the kazishtan people so much that their political leader stepped in and spoke about the negative influence borat had on their image and he was planning on suing. can't say i see the sex appeal but.
