For me--no contest, it has to be "Fountain of Sorrow" and ALL of the other songs from "Late for the Sky". Love the Eagles; but JB does it best for me. Saw him in concert once at Arcosanti in northern Arizona (David Lindley performed with him in an acoustic concert). I could have reached out and touched him it was such a small venue--a real night to remember for me.

Tough.
Peaceful easy feeling is my favorite eagles song
but jackson browne's load out/stay is my fav song by him
so I go for the eagles because of this logic

Peaceful Easy Feeling . Loved the Eagles.
Love Don Henley. I watched their farewell tour in TV. (Even though it hinted it might not be their last farewell tour. Hope not).
I like Jackson Browne too, but haven't heard him for awhile.

well if you want to cry then Jackson (that is my favorite song by him) but a more mellow song is the Eagles.both great songs
