any kind of chocolate that contains at least 60% cocao is good for you, because it contains a sufficient amout of antioxidents. that includes gourmet dark choclates, to put it in perspective hershey's choclotae bars contains only about 2.5% cocao. so the good dark chocloates tend to more expensive but better for you, stear clear from white chocolate though, it contains no cocao and is made from the FAT of the cocoa pod.
and of course eating too much chocolate is never good for you, it only tastes good :)

Dark chocolate currently has two benefits not seen in other varieties.
It lowers blood pressure and it is an Antioxidant. This is only in DARK chocolate and no other. The reason is plant phenols -- cocoa phenols, to be exact.

All chocolate has been found to be good for us. But in small quanities. A table spoon of chocolate and peanut butter once a day is best.
That is why I eat a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup once a day.

Yes, it contains many many antioxidants and those are wonderful in the fight against aging! Just don't over do it, it may be good for your skin, but the caffeine isn't and neither are the calories.
