USPS has been pretty good during the Christmas season by adding additional temp workers and excluding Saturday/Sundays...it still takes 3-4 days.

Days ... weeks ... months ... it's hard to tell! The only way to be sure things get there in a timely manner with the USPS, is to buy an optional delivery method. Next Day Guarantee, Next Day Air and so on. They will get it there, but you're going to pay thru the nose for their service. Use UPS or FedEx ... they get things a lot farther at a far lower cost ... everything from flat mail to parcels. I use UPS when it has to get there!
