Paris Hilton!!! She was born into a rich family, which means she had people do stuff for her since she was born. Jessica didn't get rich until like 13 when she started singing, there for she didn't have people doing stuff for her (she had to do it herself). So Paris never learned anything and Jessica did.

Jessica Simpson is dumber. She divorced her husband because she felt she could do better. Well she hasn't and she should have known that. She also lets her father control her life even though she is 26 years old. Paris Hilton is smarter because she has made herself rich by not doing much of anything. She's famous for being famous.
