according to the princeton review it's Smith College, which is an all girls college in case you didn't know.
princeton review has these things called list that tell you alot about colleges.
They have lists like:
Party Schools
Jock School
Refer Madness
Dorms like Palaces
Dorms like Dungens
Dodge ball targets
It's really neat, check it out.

Your definition of best and my definition of best may be (and probably are) 2 different things. The best way to tell this is a campus visit, even try to stay in the dorms overnight. Eat the food too. See if you can picture yourself living there. Good luck.
