As of right now there is no sequel that has been announced or in production.

You know Johnny, the first movie was excellent, but sometimes sequel are just a problem!!! they do not work or aren´t as cool as first one, if they make a sequel let´s hope it is cool and that it keeps the suspense and adrenaline of the first one..if not let´s just have the first silent hill movie...but for me if so far we got four games from Silent Hill, maybe they make four movies, but not sure. in this movie they mix plots from the different games.

"Silent Hill" was the longest (most boring) horror movie I ever saw. A dull story full of imagery that went nowhere. Thankfully, a friend loaned me the DVD so I didn't pay zip. A dud at the theaters,.. but duds can always recoup on DVD or home video (which could explain the possibility of a second one).
