How can you get a guy that has a girlfriend already?

You cannot. The only guy you can get is one who is not committed to any one girl. If a guy has a habit of non committed relationships with females, he may not be willing to make an exception for you. If you wish to take on the interest of a male who already has a girlfriend, then what kind of loyalty will you expect him to have for you? What makes you different from her or any other girl to him? If you can answer that question, you MIGHT be able to keep him. ( :

If a guy is willing to cheat on his current girlfriend, or leave her for someone new.... who's to say that at some point he won't do the same to you??

Leave it alone, forget him now because in the long run he won't be worth all the trouble you are about to cause by chasing him. It will only cause you heartbreak.

I am going to be really careful in choosing my words as I am speaking to you. But for one why in the world would you want to steal somebods elses man? Aren't you smart enough to know what goes around come's around? That is a dangerous one. People are really crazy these days and you never know how a woman will react. As a woman with a man I cannot even tell you how I would react. Always remember that if he would leave her for you that he will leave you for someone else. Also think about if it were you, would you want someone to try and do this.

You simply let the guy know that if, for whatever reason, he is no longer with the other lady, that you would be interested in seeing him. The choice is his, so if he's not so strong in his current relationship, he might just look you up. But if you force a wedge between him and her, he'll resent you for it.
