You need more RAM for your computer.

Then nothing will get choppy. Search ebay or something for RAM.

(You attach RAM to your computer's motherboard).

Ok i'm assuming your laptop is not for gaming. your laptop cannot upgrade video card, since everything is integrated. you need a better laptop or a better desktop that has a directx 9.0 video card with at least 128MB of memory. ex: geforce 7600 or better. and don't listen to those guys, i know what i'm talking about. the graphic card (video card) in the MX6124 laptop is made by Intel and it is not very good. you won't be able to play any 3D games without lagging. I also looked at the specs of the laptop. It is not for gaming. You should buy a good desktop computer if you want to play games.

It could be video card too slow, processor too slow, too much stuff running in the background, virus, or drivers. I would start with the easy ones and make sure you don't have virus problems, stop any unneccessary processes, and make sure you have the latest sound and video drivers for your hardware. Also, the game box should have a list of recommended minimum hardware, make sure your system at least matches that.

There is a goblin under your motherboard who is slowing the whole system down with his constant chewing. You need to pour water and sand in through the fan holes at the back to scare him out, then rinse the whole machine with bleach to get rid of his nasty goblin stench.
