who would play on your line?

Question

If you had the oppurtunity to play in the NHL, who would you want to play with on your line...
First tell me what position you play, if you are a forward name me 2 other current NHL forwards that you would like to have on your line, if you are a defenseman name a current NHL defenseman that you would like to be partnered with and name a goaltender you would like to have support you and your defensive partner.... if you are a goalie name 2 defenseman you would like to have infront of you...

for example i am a goalie and i would really like to have Sheldon Souray and Dion Phaneuf as my D-men infront of me...

I would be a goalie and I would want Nicklas Lidstrom and Dion Phaneuf in front of me. With those two in front of me I would have a great chance of breaking Terry Sawchuk's record for shut outs!!

I've played just about every position in hockey there is, including goalie. If I was in goal, I'd want Chris Pronger and Nick Lidstrom in front of me. Can't go wrong with the best! If I were playing defense, though, I'd take Pronger over Lidstrom. He can kick some butt for me if I get in trouble, and I always do.

If I were a forward, I'd want to play with Alexander Ovechkin. He's so very talented, and he has an enthusiasm unlike any other player in the league today. If I centered him, I'd want Jarome Iginla on the other wing. If my skating didn't suck so much, I think I could break assist records with those two. I've always been a great passer.

Well, maybe not break records. ;-)

If I were Ovechkin's other wing, then I would want to play with Joe Thornton and see if we can get Ovechkin into the goal stratosphere. That would be a blast.

I suddenly feel the need to go play my Playstation. None of this stuff's ever happening outside of the context of the ol' game console.

I am a wing. I play Left. I would want Rick Nash and Sidney Crosby on my line followed by Sheldon Souray and Dion Phaneuf as my defenseman and Fredrik Noreena as my goaltender.

As a right winger i'd have Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby as my forwards. Dion Phaneuf and Zdeno Chara as D-men and Miikka Kiprusoff as my goalie.

Well first of all Jagr plays Right Wing. Secondly I'd definitely agree with Sidney Crosby but I think I got with another center in Evgeni Malkin. That being said I'd probably replace Malkin with Recchi so I'd have a chance to play on a line with my favorite player even though I'd give up my #8 to do it.

If not Malkin or Recchi I would go with Ovechkin because being a great passer I would be able to work magic with Crosby to Ovechkin.

If I was a wingman in the NHL I would like Sidney Crosby and Jaromir Jagr to play along with me....even though they are both centers. The two are the most skilled players in the game right now.

It's a great question. Unfortunately, I can't skate worthed a damned. My only chance at the NHL is in a video game.

I think I would want to be a center because of my size. Give me Ovechkin on one side and Jagr on the other. They would cover up my numerous mistakes and lack of skating ability.
