Some people do have their breasts gain in size after surgery then after having kids.
http://www.breasthealthonline.com is a great site to go and talk to people who have had BR's.
There is a 50/50 chance of not being able to breastfeed after BR. It all depends on if your nipple was removed during surgery or not.
http://www.bfar.org is the breastfeeding after BR site.

When women get breast reduction what they really take out is the mammary glands and fat. Which means when they have their baby, they can't breast feed. If getting pregnant after the breast reduction there is a chance for the breasts to grow back. It is just fat. When you gain weight, you gain more breasts. Though I don't think you will gain as much as you should since you aren't going to lactate.

Your breast will change during pregnancy. They could grow back. That's' why it is best to waite until after your done having kids to have surgery of that kind. But they shouldn't grow to much bigger. I have had 2 babies and I have my chest is on the big size and they got really big during pregnancy but went down after birth. They are not that much bigger than before. But everyone is different.

Breast Reduction is good after having a baby. Breast reduction surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

I don't know.
I can never undestand why women need to cut up their breasts to make em either smaller or bigger. If I love you, I'm gonna love you either way. The more women play with their chests, the more societies norms change to reflect body types that don't exist.
