Believe it or not, most western women have upper lip facial hair. It's just with some girls the hair is blonde and you can see it, with others who have dark hair have dark facial hair and therefore wax it.

All women also have pubic hair and body hair, the body hair may be light and sparse, light and hairy, dark and sparse or dark and hairy.

But does it matter since all women would wax or shave before they even let a man look at them :P

No, facial hair may be due to hormonal in balance...Just because they have facial hair does not mean she is a ware-wolf...
Now a day a person can simply have laser hair removal, apply a Rx cream or change hormone levels to alleviate this type of problem.
