what do i do! MY Slvr Says Sim Disabled. What do i do to get it un disabled?

My Slvr won;t work because it says, Sim Disabled

You may have to have a password to get it back up and running. Unfortunately I don't know anything about that, when I got mine in the mail it was already ready already, so I didn't have to input anything.
